I want to warn everyone about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I wish I had checked the reviews first. The moment I opened the package, I knew I had made a mistake; the dress was flimsy and the construction was horrendous. My direct conclusion is that

“These people are a bunch of thieves!!! The dress was cheaply made and they donтАЩt want to give me a refund!!!! I donтАЩt know why I didnтАЩt check the reviews before purchasing!! IтАЩm so upset and aggravated!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!! They take your money and then say no refund”

. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately to demand a resolution for this low-quality item and their unjust policy.

Customer: I am absolutely furious. I received my dress, and the material is flimsy, it looks nothing like the picture, and it is cheaply made. I demand a full refund immediately.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your disappointment with the quality of the dress. Can you please confirm your order number so I can look into your purchase history and discuss our return options?

Customer: The order number is 1095. I already saw your policyтАФyou say “no refund.” That is unacceptable! You are selling garbage and stealing people’s money! I don’t want store credit, I want my money back.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize that the item did not meet your expectations. While we strictly adhere to a store credit or exchange policy, I want to help resolve this. Since you are so dissatisfied with the quality, perhaps we could process a full store credit and include complimentary priority shipping on your next order?

Customer: I don’t trust buying anything else from you! Store credit doesn’t help me when the quality is this poor. This feels like a complete waste of money.

CS Rep: I truly regret that we cannot process a monetary refund, but please know we value your business. Let me escalate this internally to see if there is any further discount or specific concession we can offer on the existing store credit.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
