Finally, last but certainly not least is the Undead Nightmare Pack heading to PSN and Xbox Live stores on an undisclosed date and breathing new life into the ghost times and cemeteries in Red Dead Redemption . Playing as one of the new 8 zombie characters in multi-player is a great and funny way to enhance your game-play, but that’s not all you can do with the Undead Nightmare Pack . New dynamic events will be added to the game that will likely include a brush with some of the nastiest creatures/humans you’ve seen in the game thus far. To top it all off get your game on in new adventure content, challenges, and quests. The price point of this pack has been confirmed at $9.99/800 MS Points, so if this is really what you want out of your Red Dead Redemption game you might want to be picky about picking up the other packs and keep a ten spot aside for this

Red Dead Redemption II is one of those hype games, but with trailers like this and Rockstar’s history, it’s obvious why. As more information comes out, it will become clear exactly what RDRII has learned with ideas new and old. The fact that it already brings up feelings of getting lost in a rich open world are almost enough. Now if we could just play the dang thing.

Playing RDR2 in first-person could mean a world of difference for the very world. As mentioned, the west of Red Dead Redemption 2 is massive and seeing some of the vistas that litter every corner of this game are sure to be breathtaking. It’s that feeling of going on a good hike only to come up over whatever ridge and be swept away by what lays just over that horizon line. The world of RDR2 looks to be vastly versatile with mountains, plains, swamps and deserts. Traveling through the world of RDR2 in first-person is sure to be even more breathtaking than having to watch the butt-end of a horse as it poops. Not that there is anything wrong with the level of detail Rockstar is going for, but at least you won’t have to watch your horse do the business. Kidding aside, again, like GTAV when brought to first-person there was something much more tangible present in making ones’ way through the world. Being on the ground level of it all while interacting with all of it feels quite different than traveling through that same world in third-person.

Whether wanting to play in third-person as RDR2 is presented or taking the plunge and playing entirely in first-person, Red Dead Redemption 2 gameplay|https://reddeadstation.com/ Dead Redemption 2 is sure to be fun. It just might be more fun playing entirely through the eyes of Arthur. Obviously, one is not better than the other, but having the opportunity to experience the West with ones’ own eyes on the ground level of it all, with the amount of detail Rockstar has put in is sure to be a wildly different experience. Red Dead Redemption 2 comes out October 27 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

I wish I learned this 6000 hours earlier...I will immediately state that I’m not pointing a finger at Rockstar saying they copied another game. In this industry, like any art, learning from others goes a long way. Rockstar has always been able to craft exceptional games — just look at the most recent years of success with GTAV Online or any of the GTAs. What has Rockstar learned? From the looks of it, that it’s possible to create epic playscapes representative of our real world that will be fun to play in without fantasy or sci-fi. It has gotten a bit tedious that every game that’s willing to put out these massive sandboxes restricts it to stories of fiction, except Rockstar of course. Covering a bit more ground, the upcoming Assassin’s Creed is also helping fill this much-needed role for games.

In Liars and Cheats gamers will be able to tear it up with new competitive modes Attack and Defend, Horse Races (complete with combat and all) as well as finally take Liars Dice and Poker online. Bring a new face to the game as well with even more characters from Red Dead Redemption including the good, the bad, and possibly even the straight-up ugly. Another new weapon will hit with this DLC called the Explosive Rifle. For all of the new content there will be new challenges and achievements/trophies. The price has been set for this DLC pack at $9.99/800 MS Poi

Now that the second trailer for Red Dead Redemption II has been burned into everyone’s eyes, taking a step back after the dust settles can help to see the bigger picture. The most prominent thing being the centerpiece of who the main anti-hero is, along with other outlaws from the Van der Linde gang. Even with the trailer showcasing other features such as what looked to be gameplay (not much) and cutscenes, one game popped into mind watching as the visuals went from sweeping vistas to bogged down swamps filled with predators. As each environment kept hitting and having watched the trailer numerous times now, RDRII seems to be mimicking another exceptional game — The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

For those of you addicted to running through Free Roam mode in Red Dead Redemption with your buddies, you’re in luck because that experience is about to get enhanced. In the third DLC pack, titled the Free Roam Pack, new action spots will be added in addition to posse scoring, leader-boards, more challenges and more gang hideouts. There will even be a new way to prevent “griefing” when Free Roam Pack releases. The price and date of this DLC have yet to be determi
