My experience with this company was an absolute disaster, and I feel compelled to share it as a cautionary tale for anyone considering purchasing from them. I ordered a critical item for my birthday, paid extra for overnight shipping, and never received it. The worst part was the subsequent interaction with their staff. I truly believe, “I wish I could give them zero stars. THEY ARE SO UNPROFESSIONAL THE WORKERS HANGS UP THE PHONE IN YOUR FACE, I ORDERED A DRESS FROM THEM FOR MY BIRTHDAY I PAID FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING I NEVER RECEIVED IT.” The tracking clearly shows the dress is still with them. I just wanted my money back, but they told me, “THEY DONT DO REFUNDS I CAN GET STORE CREDIT.” Since there was nothing else I wanted, I felt completely trapped and essentially scammed, which is why I immediately reached out again to demand a real solution.

Customer: I need to speak to a manager immediately. I paid for a dress, I paid for overnight shipping, I never received it, and your employee just hung up on me when I asked for my money back!
