“Take the form of Fungiwoman. Drift through the air with a mushroom cap and release spores. Upon landing, crash into the foe as the spores rain down to track and strike them. Spores that hit the foe can return and recover Health.”

Like Curios, Relics also offer ongoing passive benefits. In your first playthrough, there are a total of 5 relics. You will receive one after you complete each of the first 5 chapters. They each come with 3 perks and you must select one.

As you’ve likely gleaned from the information above, Pillar Stance is the ideal method of dealing with groups of foes, and can also be used to dish out great damage against your target(s.) With the exception of Perching to avoid attacks on the ground, Pillar Stance is lacking in defensive options and can be risky to use against enemies that strike hard and fast. When keeping your distance is preferable but you still want to put out some huge damage, you might consider Thrust Stance instead.

Kang-Jin will screech and summon multiple lightning strikes from above randomly around the arena. They can do it both on the ground and in the air. The only difference is that the midair variant lasts longer.

As for my personal opinion, I find myself using Smash Stance the most, followed by Thrust (which I often use to initiate combat and close distance on enemies), and then Pillar the least. With that said, I started using Pillar a lot more after unlocking Gale’s Blessing, especially when up against groups.

In Black Myth Wukong strategy Myth: Wukong , there are many opportunities to upgrade your character’s abilities and combat prowess. One of those options is through unlocking skills and talents under the Foundation skill trees. The Foundation skill trees are skills that enhance the core gameplay mechanics. They ultimately enhance your basic combat power, defense, and endurance. They are divided into 3 trees: Stamina , Martial Arts , and Survival .

After a successful hit with Resolute Strike, performing another Heavy Attack consuming a Focus Point executes Skyfall Strike. The Destined One leverages his forward momentum, launching himself into the air with his staff to somersault forward, then unleashes a firm downward strike upon his enemy’s head.

Smash Stance also allows you to move around freely while charging a heavy attack and can even be used to charge while sprinting if you purchase the appropriate upgrade, making it a great stance with which to initiate fights. Running in with a fully-charged heavy attack can shave tons of health off an enemy or crush weaker foes in a single blow. That said, Smash Stance’s attacks aren’t great at hitting multiple targets unless they’re standing in a straight line when you go for a Skyfall Strike, so you’ll probably want to swap to Pillar Stance for that.

Kang Jin-Loon is an unforgiving boss who will take their sweet time to prepare and suddenly move in for a potent attack . The best course against these immensely agile patterns is to learn the perfect time to dodge them.

As the name implies, this tree is completely focused on bolstering the Destined One’s combat prowess. These skills are both active and passive. Below are the skills you can expect to obtain under this tree.

Thrust Stance is an excellent and highly mobile style that works well when facing an enemy with dangerous close-range attacks, like AOE blasts, allowing you to quickly approach and retreat as the situation demands. This makes it a tricky style to learn but very rewarding to master, especially against bosses who transition to a second or third phase by using an AOE attack.

As a variable combo, once unlocked, Pillar Stance allows you to use Sweeping Gale. This has the destined one plant the staff ahead of them and spin around it, performing a multi-hit kick in the process. This can strike multiple enemies around you, which can help clear some space if you’re being swarmed by weaker foes. After purchasing the Gale’s Blessing upgrade you’ll take considerably less damage while performing the spin, making it less risky to use. After unlocking Churning Gale, you can hit heavy attack again after using Sweeping Gale to perform a wide swing with an extended staff, which deals a ton of damage and tends to stagger anything it hits.

When Kang-Jin initiates the Whirl-Wind attack, you can immediately cast the Immobilize spell to stop their movement. This will provide a significant time frame for executing the finishing moves along with the combos, leading Kang-Jin to be stunned .

“The thunder one belches lightning, the ice one exhales mist, the poison one spews filth, the fire one breathes flame, and the stone one howls and roars. Upon activating this skill, assume the form of a random frog.”

Once escaping from the Sandgate Village to the snowy mountains in Black Myth: Wukong , you might think you’re ready to take on the upcoming bosses after everything the game has thrown at you from its line-up. While Wandering Wight is definitely an infuriating boss, Kang-Jin Loong is the embodiment of pure frustration.
