I am writing this as a serious cautionary tale about shopping on this site. My experience was an absolute nightmare, and I want to emphasize caution to anyone considering making a purchase. I went through the entire checkout process for a custom hat, only to receive a confirmation email where the product description, the tracking information, and all item details were simply a blank space. I was left with a truly empty feeling, realizing the official system logged my purchase details as

. I was charged, but had no idea what I had even bought or when it would arrive. That complete lack of information is what compelled me to immediately leave a review and contact customer service—I needed concrete answers before my money disappeared completely.

Customer: I need to know why my order confirmation is completely blank. I was charged $350 this morning, but under the product details section, the entire field is just empty.
