Let me tell you about a terrible online shopping experience, which I hope serves as a warning to others. I placed an order weeks ago and have been completely ignored ever since. My direct feeling and conclusion about this experience is simple: “Good selection of hats but I had bought a hat 2/13 and it still has not come yet. No type of communication to try to get my hat. Please do something about your shipping.” It’s nearing a month since I paid, and the silence has been infuriating. The complete lack of accountability compelled me to leave this public review and finally engage with customer service to demand an explanation for the disappearance of my hat.

Customer: My order from February 13th still hasn’t arrived, and I have had zero communication about why. Is there any way you can tell me what is going on with my hat?
