Let me tell you about my absolutely terrible experience with CAP USA NYC. This is a public service announcement about online shopping gone wrong. The frustration isn’t just about receiving the wrong product; it’s about the complete silence afterward. “I was sent the wrong item. I ordered an Oakland AтАЩs all dark green corduroy coliseum hat and was sent a basic AтАЩs hat that was also the wrong size. I requested a return 2 weeks ago immediately after and I still have yet to hear back from customer service. Overall, I would not recommend CAP USA NYC to anybody after this poor customer service experience.”

That two-week lack of communication is why I had to force this conversation.

Customer: I need to know what is going on with my return request. I ordered an expensive corduroy hat and received a basic hat in the wrong size two weeks ago, and no one has responded to my emails.
