It was a terrible experience from start to finish, culminating in a package that never arrived despite being marked delivered. I felt compelled to leave a reviewтАФeven if the initial feeling was so frustrating that all I could manage was submitting an empty field, reflecting the complete lack of satisfaction I felt. When I look back at that interaction, the truth is, I had absolutely nothing positive to say about the process, hence why the initial review was just blank. I had to reach out to customer service immediately to try and track down my missing order, which was meant for a critical upcoming event.
Customer: I need immediate help tracking down order #MC789. The tracking says it was delivered yesterday, but there is no package here, and no delivery photo confirmation was provided.

Customer: Frustrating is an understatement. I bought this dress for a party this weekend! Where is it? Who did you ship it with? I need a clear solution, not just an apology.
