I felt compelled to share my experience as a warning to anyone considering buying a custom item online without an in-person fitting. My journey started with high hopes, but when the package finally arrived, the excitement evaporated immediately. I followed the sizing guide exactly, yet the result was profoundly underwhelming and unsatisfying. The product simply did not live up to the hype or the price tag, which left me feeling extremely frustrated. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to call customer service immediately because the product I received was completely unusable, which is why I’m leaving this review now.
