I am leaving this review as a serious warning about the terrible service experience I recently had. My frustration was so acute that I felt compelled to reach out to customer service, hoping to establish some form of corporate accountability. My shopping trip was completely ruined because the location closed half an hour before the website stated they would. When I attempted to address this serious discrepancy, the manager and staff were shockingly rude. If I could put less than a 1 star, I would, because they failed to take ownership, essentially telling me to take it up with the corporation, not the store. I think they just lost a loyal customer due to their lack of friendly customer service, and that is exactly what I tried to convey to the customer service representative.

Customer: I need to file a formal complaint about the manager and staff at the Downtown location. I drove thirty minutes to get there, only to find the doors locked half an hour before the stated closing time on your website.

CS Rep: I am so sorry for that terrible inconvenience and the confusion regarding our operating hours. That is unacceptable behavior. Can you please tell me what happened when you tried to speak with the staff?

Customer: The credit helps, but the staffтАЩs attitude and the failure to honor stated hours are the real problems that need solving.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
