I am writing this to serve as a stark warning to anyone considering purchasing from this website. My online shopping experience has been an absolute disaster, emphasizing the importance of responsive customer service.
If I could give this place a 0 I would.
I ordered 3 hats two weeks ago, paying extra for priority shipping which promised 2-4 day delivery. After waiting a week, I emailed them and finally received a tracking number, but itтАЩs a complete ghost shipment.
It says the USPS is still awaiting the items.
IтАЩve emailed and DMтАЩd on Instagram countless times and NOTHING. I called and no one picked up.
ItтАЩs been two weeks and no answer or update.
I felt utterly compelled to leave a negative review and try one last time to engage customer service, because
I just want my money back at this point.
